Unable to replicate

We are unable to replicate this on any of our Mac's in the office. The "Panning" tool (default tool) allows you to click/hold with the mouse to drag the chart. Using the wheel or scroll ball on the mouse will zoom in and out while this tool is activated. If you continue to have difficulties with this tool, please contact our technical support team in the Pilot Information Center at:

I am using a MacBook and have found the workaround using the touch pad. I just hold the left lower corner as the mouse button. Thanks
