I have filed IFR through the flight planner. The plan is accepted. ATC says no plan on file. More than twice.
Have you verified that the submitted flight plan shows up when you log into the DUATS website directly?
This will help us know if the issue is between the flight planner and DUATS or between DUATS and the ATC system.
